Maybe you should put the folder into the C disk. For me, the sound works only in C disk for some reason. Probably because Haxe doesn't support Cyrillic symbols, and my user folder is in Russian.

I remember how it used to be easy to replace sprites in the game, but now I don’t understand how to do it. Maybe I'm too stupid and doing something wrong, but damn :-
you could do that BUT im running into a problem where it only reads some of the animations but not others, as a test run i did a quick bf/gf recolor to mess around and see if i could figure out the new setup but now BF only has his idle and "hey!" animations, and gf only has her cheer and down animations. i've gone through both their JSONs and XMLs and there's nothing that isn't lining up, and the animation editor in the game hasnt actually been that useful ngl
it's not game-crashing bad, and they look completely fine, it's just odd they only have two animations each and there's not really any reason why (that i've found as of yet)
For anyone wondering about the two secret keys (7 & 8), you have to bind the keys yourself, idk why they removed the 7 & 8 already binded keys in this new update, but whatever.

And yes before you say it, I have checked and updated my graphics card but it still don't work. I even tried deleting the files and redownloading them.
I just wanna play new Erect and Nightmare difficulty modes man. And yes I could play it on Newgrounds but my game is way too laggy there.
I just wanna know what I should do to fix it. And if its actually a bug, I hope it gets fixed soon so I can play.

They're talking about the cap (i.e. the maximum FPS you can get), not the display. The cap lets the game run smoother for some devices since it doesn't quickly fluctuate in FPS.
I haven't played the new update though so sadly I don't have a fix.

I found a few chart errors in the songs Lit-Up and 2hot.
Lit Up:
Stacked red (right) notes in sections 38,70 - Hard difficulty
I noticed when I try to hit the note in this section it always kind of "drops" instead of being registered properly, after checking the chart I noticed that there are 2 red (right) notes stacked on each other as shown in the video (I used section 38 as an example, the same error occurs in section 70):

Probably my favorite song in the week, Unfortunately it's also the most messy one when it comes to it's chart. Here are the problems I found in the chart:
Some notes are placed in the wrong tile/in between tiles
while I know that in SOME songs, this is an intentional thing, but 2Hot doesn't have any 32th notes in the vocals, but some of the arrows are placed in the 32th notes, making their timing inaccurate, here's a video example:
notice that in the 2nd hit, the hit comes a bit earlier compared to pico's (really slowed down) singing. This happens a lot both in Darnell's and Pico's notes, in multiple sections.
This is a problem in every difficulty.
2. Split jump (double) notes in section 39 - Hard:
A little charting error occurs in section 39, there's supposed to be a jump (double) note, for some reason the left (purple) note in the 3rd jump notes is set in between the tiles instead of being in the tile itself on the same row as the right (red) note:

it should be the same as always, just remove the sprite and insert the newer sprite into the folder where the older one was

Im actually having the same problem as well I noticed that they removed the character editor
too many loud load times. I waited 20 mins after select the week and nothing.

I don't think the FPS display not existing makes the game run slower because it's just a UI display.

It's very easy to stack notes.
1. Place a note in a lane
2. Place a note in another lane
3. Drag that other note on top of the first note
Bam, really easy. It does check for clicking on the same note multiple times, thank god, but stacking is still pretty easy.
