I like the game, but there are somethings in the game i am highly against, but am going to try and pretend they arent real for the sake of focusing on the actual gameplay....it just bumps me that they are in the game

There's currently nothing like that, I'm sure other engines have VSync or Max FPS options, but not with vanilla FNF.
If you've been playing in Fullscreen try playing in Windowed mode and see if that helps, if you haven't been you could also try going Fullscreen, but I don't think that'll help.
when pico gets misses a shot and gets hit when he is on his hit animation and you press notes to lose while he is on his hit animation when he dies in that animation when he is hit nene does not throw a knife at pico he just stays at his hit animation and there is no death music and when you press enter smoke comes out of him at the beginning
long notes are broken if you dont press the start of a long note and pres the long part it wont wor and when you dont finish a long note it goes of and it wont do anything to you if you miss it
in week 3 when you finish a song and a train goes by her hair freezes at the end and also yo should make it so bf and pico's hair moves when the train goes by
when you miss a shot in the song 2hot in practice mode and your about to die but you cant cuz your on practice mode everything except pico and the hud and the notes turns black for 2 or 3 second and when pico dies by nene's knife you can see pico in a small dark blue box its kinda visible
I have Windows 7 in a virtual machine and the game works just fine in it, if you're having those problems and is still using an old Windows I doubt your computer can even run the game

here's stuff to fix
1. the song blazin' (wknd 1) mistakengly attached to volume 1
2. pressing F favorites a song in freeplay. F is the fucking fullscreen key (by default)
3. blueball animation glitch thingymajig
4. pico's death animation has an UGLY ASS blue background (doesn't happen with blazin')
5. songs get unfavorited when exiting from freeplay for no reason (no screenshot attached (cursedcryingemoji.png))

I think that it's a feature, not a bug, we are just so used to mods that we forget that long notes used to be like that xd
